Signification
He is forbearing in the punishment of the guilty. He waits, giving time to the sinner to realize his guilt and ask for forgiveness in order that He may forgive him rather than punish him.

If this Ism is written on paper, soaked in water, and then the same water sprinkled on anything or rubbed onto something, then the quality of ‘barakah’ will be imparted to such a thing and it will be safeguarded against all calamities.
